Margret did my bridal hair & makeup as well as my bridal party and everything could not have gone smoother! She truly is an artist and is amazing at what she does.
Once our hair and makeup were done, nothing moved all day long! And we were married on Reynisfjara Beach, took photos at Dyrholaey, climbed a hillside to a cave, and a went to a few other windy spots! She was professional and super kind and sweet. An absolute wonderful woman to work with!

"I really struggled finding someone to do both hair and make-up. I spent a lot of money on trials which is why I want to call out the angel that is Margret Magnus who did my make-up and up-do. It was one of the hottest days of the year the day we got married and somehow my make-up stayed picture perfect all day. I felt like I was playing dress-up whenever I tried on a veil so had Margret place fresh flowers prepared by the florist in my hair."

"Margret made the stress melt away! With only a week's notice to my wedding day, she was very prompt in all communications with me. As a bride who previously suffered with telogen effluvium, I was very insecure about the texture and thinning of my hair causing issue. I sent her photos before hand of both my natural hair and the look I was hoping to create. She assured me it would be no trouble at all.
I was still a bit anxious, but once she arrived to my suite, her experience showed and made the stress go away. She began working heat and minimal product into my hair, and in about thirty minutes or so she had woven the most beautiful, romantic bun of curls on my head. Every pin was obviously placed with care and could not be seen throughout the hair.
She made sure I felt secure and beautiful before accepting my payment. I only wish I'd had her do my makeup too! I highly recommend her for bridal services or other occasions where her talent would surely still show."

Margret met and exceeded all of my elopement needs. I knew after reading her resume and seeing photos of her work that she was the one for the job. We did not have a trial run but I assure you that you can book her with full confidence that she is talented and can deliver according to your needs.
I showed her a couple photos of inspiration that I had saved. She is so gifted she created the look I wanted without any difficulty.
My elopement was outside in Icelandic weather and my hair and makeup held up through it all.
Not only is she wildly talented but she is an absolute pleasure to be around. She made my wedding day an absolute dream and had the perfect energy to create a peaceful and fun environment.

I feel so incredibly blessed to of had Margret as my hair and makeup artist on my wedding day. Margret is an extremely talented, professional, sweet, positive, and very down to earth hair and makeup artist.
My pastor introduced me to Margret’s online bridal portfolio and I instantly knew she was the one I wanted to work with. To help ease my nerves, Margret came over the day before and did a full bridal hair & makeup trial session. Margret used nothing but the best hair and make up tools to help create some of the ideas I had shared with her. Our conversation was effortless and very calming. I truly felt at ease as she explained everything she was doing. Margret is a delight to be with and made sure to answer all my questions and explain everything that needed to be done on the day of the wedding.
Even with all the rain, wind, and snow my hair and makeup held up perfectly for the entirety of the wedding. You will be in great hands when you work with Margret. Margret is so talented and amazing to work with! We had to move our wedding a day due to weather and she was able to step in at the last minute. I showed her a few photos of what I was looking for and she was able to achieve the style I wanted.
My hair and makeup also continued too look great during a full day of hiking through waterfalls, rain and wind. I felt really confident and beautiful all wedding day.

Margret is amazing. We went to Iceland for our honeymoon photoshoot and Margret was very professional. She is very good at working with your features to make you the most beautiful version of yourself instead of turning you into someone else, even with my Asian features!

I chose Margret to do my hair and makeup after seeing her work. I felt it was practical to have one person doing both the hair and makeup.
She did not disappoint! She was very attentive to what I wanted and also gave advice on what she thought would look good on me. I wanted a rather natural look as I don‘t wear makeup on a day to day basis. She took everything I wanted on board and delivered just what I had asked for.
On the day of my wedding I felt so relaxed throughout the session. The results were beyond my expectations. I'm not what one might call a girly-girl. I don't wear much makeup and my hair is normally tied up, out of the way. So when the time came to find someone to make me look fancy for my wedding day, I was a bit nervous. I didn't want to scare my husband-to-be away by looking like some sort of nightmare clown. Our wedding photographers recommended Margret to me. I'm so glad we were able to work together.
Margret was very easy to work with. I sent her a few photos of what I was hoping for and she nailed it. My makeup was lovely. It stayed put all day, even after I was soaked by a waterfall. Even my hair stayed nice and wavy, which was a minor miracle. I really loved the way she arranged the flowers in my hair.
Margret also worked on my sister, mom, and step-mom, and they all looked exceptionally gorgeous. She wasn't visibly stressed out when my toddler nephew decided to run off with some of her tools!
